This mod is for Skyrim Special Edition ONLY

You seriously should watch the video. 
The Photo Studio is easy to find its right outside whiterun and it REALLY stands out.
The home contains room for two followers (no children) 
It has full crafting with a Smelter and wood chopping block outside.
With the Photo Studio your Crafting and Food supplies will never run out either. There is a chest by the Armorer's Workbench which contains a set amount of supplies. Next to the Enchanter's Table there is a chest containing a large number of Soul Gems for your Enchanting Needs. These chests are NOT safe storage however. Do NOT store anything you want to keep in them. There is a reason for this.
There is a script on the chests, the two food barrels near the hearth and the "junk barrel" near the door which causes the contents of the containers to refresh every 20 game hours. The "junk barrel" near the door starts empty so when you place any item inside of it 20 hours later it will disappear. Makes an excellent way to get rid of unwanted junk.
There IS a chest in your bedroom and a wardrobe that are safe storage. The Alchemy Satchel on the Alchemy table is also safe storage. There is a safe storage chest next to the Enchanter's table as well named "Empty Enchanter's Chest"
There are a few mannequins to display your favorite armors as well.

There are two very special amulets for you in the Photo Studio. One on the Enchanter's Table and one in the chest. These will increase your Enchanting Skill. The extra is to break on the table to learn "Fortify Enchanting"

This mod will be most likely be incompatible with any other mod which modifies the area directly across from the garden on the main road outside Whiterun.

Requires ALL DLCs ( I didnt realize this was a thing anymore)

Do you have the Floating Grass bug in interior cells in your game or in your mods? I did. but I figured out how to fix it. It requires some ini tweaks. 1. open your Skyrim.ini in my documents>my games>Skyrim 2. Scroll down until you find the section [Grass] 3. About : Watch the video thats why it's here This mod is an armored version of Nausicaa's CBBE lingerie mod which was a port to Skyrim from the original mod by the author R18PN. I absolutely loved this outfit, and I used it quite often in my Skyrim Live Stream Series "50 Shades of Sexy" The only problem I had was that it wasn't armor. As we all know sexy and skimpy is great to look at but when a Dragon is intent on having a Dragonborn Sammich, sexy and skimpy can lead to one dead Dragonborn. So I sat down one night after my Live Stream was over and made an armored version of the original mod. Just for fun, I re-colored it a few times for variety. I use and have tested this mod on my Live Stream.
